Born in Arcadia, California, Peter spent his formative years in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. Peter worked in numerous professional theaters in the Minneapolis area over his next eight years, including as a company member/writer/improviser at Dudley Riggs Brave New Workshop. He did dozens of OC and VO Commercials, and landed roles in several Hollywood produced films in the state including Drop Dead Fred, Jingle All the Way, and The Stranger Within, with Kate Jackson, the "smart Angel". He moved to LA in '96
