Maximilian Carlo Martini was born in New York to an Italian father and an American mother. He is a citizen of the United States, Canada, and Italy and speaks Italian fluently. His Roman father was a sculptor and Doctor of Philosophy and Phenomenology and instilled in him an appreciation for all things creative. His mother was a Texas law enforcement officer.
