David Harbour
David Kenneth Harbourย (born April 10, 1975) is an American actor. He gainedย global recognition for his portrayal ofย Jim Hopperย in theย Netflix science fiction seriesย Stranger Thingsย (2016โ2025), for which he received two nominations for theย Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. His starring film roles include theย title characterย inย Hellboy (2019),ย Santa Clausย inย Violent Nightย (2022), and a former racer in the sports filmย Gran Turismo (2023). Harbour has playedย Red Guardianย in theย Marvel Cinematic Universe, including the filmsย Black Widowย (2021),ย Thunderbolts*ย (2025), Avengers: Doomsday (2026) and Avengers: Secret Wars (2027). Harbour also voicedย Eric Frankensteinย in the animated television seriesย Creature Commandos (2024โpresent).
