John Mathieson

John Mathiesonย (born 3 May 1961)ย is an Englishย cinematographerย andย commercial director. He is one of a group of filmmakers who emerged from the music video industry of the late 1980s and 1990s.
He frequently collaborates with directorย Ridley Scott, winning aย BAFTA Awardย and being nominated for anย Academy Awardย for his work onย Gladiator (2000).
